How to Login 2 Accounts Simultaneously

When accessing FZM, please keep in mind that you can only log on to your account ONCE in a browser. If you have two Usernames and want to log in at the same time as both usersthen you MUST use a different browser.

This is in line with our Security rule… ONE User, ONE Login, ONE account.

So remember… you can usedifferent browsers to log in using different FZM accounts, but on one browser, you can only log on to one account at a time.Â

Here is a sample scenario:

  1. You log in using the username Mary onGoogle Chrome.
  2. Then you open anotherGoogle Chrome window or tab, then log on to the new window or tab asSally.

This will automatically log you out of the Mary account (you will get a “Session timeout”).

From this moment on all actions you take are on theSally account.

This SAME rule applies whether you’re using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, or other browsers.

Workaround:

If you want to work on two or more accounts at the same time, there are two things you can do.

Â

Method 1:

This method involves using different browsers for each account you are working on.

  1. Log on asMary inGoogle Chrome.
  2. Log on asSally  inMozilla Firefox.
  3. Log on asJohn inSafari, and so on and so forth.

Make sure you keep track of which account is open on the different browsers to avoid any problems with the records you enter/edit later on.

Â

Method 2:

This method involves using your preferred browser’sIncognito feature. This way, you can use ONE browser for entering data into different accounts.

  1. OpenGoogle Chrome, then log on asMary.
  2. Open anIncognito window or tab by pressingCtrl-Shift-N, then log on asSally on the openedIncognito window/tab.
  3. Open anotherIncognito window or tab by again pressingCtrl-Shift-N, then log on asJohn.

You can open as manyIncognito windows/tabs as you want. You can also use yourpreferred browser, though we do recommend using Google Chrome since it is the primary browser we used for development and testing.

Again, make sure that you keep track of which account is open on which window to avoid any problems later on.
