FranchiZeManager is cost effective for every franchise system, regardless of size or location.
FranchiZeManager has a simple fee structure based on:
- the number of franchisees you have
- if you want to have franchisees and/or franchisee staff members access the system
Pricing is NOT based on the number of users you have on the system. We strongly believe that everyone at your National Support Office should have the benefit of using FranchiZeManager and therefore we don’t penalise you for providing access to your entire team.
Fees consist of:
- a one-off Set-up fee to get your system up and running
- a fixed monthly fee
- The fixed monthly fee entitles you to an unlimited number of users
- Implementation support such as data migration is undertaken at a fixed price per hour
- Customisation is always available and is undertaken at a fixed price per hour, billed monthly
- Development of new custom modules are quoted depending on functionality
- Includes a getting started guide and unlimited access to our support site
- Additional training via web conference or on-site is also available at an additional cost
