Allocation Rules
When a new Candidate lands in FZM, the fun begins.
First step is to determine who should be responsible for the new lead and make sure it is correctly assigned in the system.
In FZM we can set up “allocation rules” to automatically assign new autoloaded Candidates to the correct person in your business. You might choose to have certain countries/states handled by different people, for example; NSW goes to Joe, Texas goes to Sally. It’s also useful if your recruitment executive goes on holiday, as you can update these on the fly.
Your allocated person will automatically get a notification informing them of the new Candidate. And then Campaigns and Autoresponders can commence according to your workflow.
