How do you get your leads into FZM?
Of course you can manually add a lead and type in the details. But it’s not the year 2002, so let’s automate it.
First, identify where your leads come from, your sources, then we will set up FZM so when a lead arrives it loads automatically into FZM and creates a Candidate record. We call these “autoloaders”.
We will help set these up for you. From any source… your website, Seek ads, online directories and portals, social media leads. We use multiple methods to get this done. We have an API, we use email parsing, Zapier, we will look at each source, determine the best method and either work with your technical team to make it happen or just do it for you.
A freshly created Candidate record is the start of the FZM Candidate journey and Autoloaders are the start of an efficient recruitment process; they ensure no lead is lost.
