In FZM we can create “business rules” that automate your actions and processes. These can be simple rules like “when a Candidate completes an online application mark the stage on the Candidate record as complete”. Through to very complex scenarios, that notify users, send emails or SMS or even online documents that need to be signed. Automations take the hassle, and the admin work, out of using FZM.

They can massively improve candidate touch rates, especially when used with Campaigns, and they ensure that all the data points are collected in the system to provide amazing reporting.
