Candidate Portal/HUB
This add-on module provides Candidates with their own restricted access login to FZM where they can discover your brand and upload information.
The recruitment process requires candidate engagement and information sharing. The HUB is a private online space where this can occur. You present your brand in the best light to the candidate. The Candidate has a secure place to provide information and upload required documents.
How you present your brand and gather info is up to you. Many franchisors will have videos, interviews with the CEO and existing franchisees. Then they may ask questions related to the videos – as a way of measuring candidate engagement. It may be a multi-step process where they advance through stages as they complete the candidate journey. You tell us how you want it set up and we make it happen.
When you’re ready you invite the Candidate to the HUB and let “self service” drive your recruitment goals.
