Customised Note Templates
Franchise recruitment should be about consistency and continuous improvement.
You want to do the same (good) things with each Candidate, collect the same data, apply the same criteria etc. Only change the process if you are improving it.
In FZM you can set-up as many Note Templates as you need. Use them for initial contact phone calls, then 1st interview and 2nd interview questionnaires or scripted talking points.
You set up your template once, then it’s available to all users, just click a button on the Notes panel, choose your template and you’re underway.
Following pre-established templates ensures consistency of questioning and data collection. It also speeds up the process and ensures nothing is missed.
