This module allows you to author and publish news articles and FAQ’s online. You can grant system user groups access to the articles, such as staff and franchisees. It’s a good way of reducing your reliance on emails and driving users to the system.
- Create an unlimited number of News Articles and FAQ’s.
- Add attachments, such as documents and files, that can be downloaded by users.
- Embed a PDF within the news article, which is good for displaying images and detailed new articles, like press releases etc.
- Choose to have the news article displayed on the home page.
- Customise the FAQs and News Article forms in any way required.
- Add additional reporting to check when users have read an article or FAQ.
