Recruitment is a repetitive task orientated job. Often you’re sending the same email – or SMS – over and over again. FZM knows this and has the power to remove the mundane aspects of the job.
With FZM you write your emails once, and save them as templates. You should have email templates for each and every stage of your process. The same with SMS. Then in FZM you can send a template email with a few button clicks.
It still personal… you can have the template automatically merge fields from the Candidate record. Plus when you’re sending you can easily drop your cursor into the mail and provide a personal touch.
