Hatch is the exclusive distributor of the FranchiZe Profile in Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. For those who don’t know the FranchiZe Profile (www.franchise-profiles.com.au) it is an online franchisee recruitment profiling tool that is used to select high performing franchise candidates.
We have just finished the first part of integrating the FranchiZeManager and the FranchiZe Profile. Right now you can send a candidate a profile invitation from within the FranchiZeManager and when the candidate completes the profile the report will automatically load into the FranchiZeManager. This is just the first stage with the next stage including the loading of the profile scores and even benchmarking of results. As with all features of the FranchiZeManager we’re constantly improving and expanding the functionality so stay tuned.
