Campaigns allow you to pre-write a flow of emails (and SMS) that get sent to a Candidate automatically based on a preset rule schedule.
When your pipeline is full, it becomes time consuming to constantly keep in contact with Candidates. Especially those moving slowly and taking their time. They may want to “hold” while they sort out job retrenchment or financing options. With FZM Campaigns it’s easy to keep candidates warm and stay in touch with them.
You can create a series of emails and SMS that will be sent on a predefined schedule. For example you may want an email that gets sent every week, you load your templates into the campaign once and then every Candidate that is added to that campaign will receive the emails. It’s simple to set up and manage. It’s powerful and requires almost no work from you.
