Manage Candidate Sources in franchizemanager
In franchizemanager, you can track the source of your Candidates. It is essential for understanding where your leads are coming from and improving your marketing efforts.
This guide will help you manage Candidate sources, customise source fields, and leverage this data for detailed reporting.
What are Candidate Sources?
In each Candidate record, you can track how a Candidate found your business. It has two main fields:
- Primary Source (Level 1): Captures the main method through which the Candidate discovered your business (e.g., referral, website, marketing event).
- Secondary Source (Level 2): Provides more detailed information about the primary source (e.g., type of referral, specific campaign, or marketing channel).
Automatic Source Tracking
If your system is set up with auto-loaders (e.g., online inquiries), the Primary and Secondary Sources can automatically populate based on how the Candidate entered your system.
Reports Based on Candidate Sources
By tracking each Candidate’s Primary and Secondary Source, you can generate meaningful reports that provide insights into your marketing performance. These reports can help you:
- Identify top-performing marketing channels.
- Assess the return on investment (ROI) from each lead source.
- Measure conversion rates across different sources.
Tracking Candidate sources helps you measure the success of your marketing strategies and lead-generation efforts. With accurate source tracking, you can generate reports showing which channels drive the most valuable Candidates.
