What are Candidate Sources?

In each Candidate record, you can track how a Candidate found your business. It has two main fields:

  • Primary Source (Level 1): Captures the main method through which the Candidate discovered your business (e.g., referral, website, marketing event).
  • Secondary Source (Level 2): Provides more detailed information about the primary source (e.g., type of referral, specific campaign, or marketing channel).

Automatic Source Tracking

If your system is set up with auto-loaders (e.g., online inquiries), thePrimaryandSecondary Sources can automatically populate based on how the Candidate entered your system.
