Send Documents for Signing in franchizemanager

With franchizemanager, you can securely send documents like NDAs and agreements for electronic signing using SignRequest. 

Step 1: Prepare Your Document

  1. Make sure the document the Candidate needs to sign is in PDF format.
  2. Send the PDF document (e.g., an NDA) to the support team for setup. 
  3. Once the support team uploads the document, the document will be ready to send.

Step 2: Send a Document for Signing

  1. On the left, click Candidates.
  2. Open the Candidate’s profile.
  3. At the top, click Send >  SignRequest Document.
  4. A window will pop up. Choose the contact who will be signing the document.
  5. At the bottom, click Continue.
  6. Choose the document to sign.
    • The email sent from SignRequest can be customised to include your franchise’s branding.
  7. At the bottom, click Continue.
  8. A confirmation window will pop up. At the bottom, click Yes.
  9. A window will pop up that shows that the document has been sent. At the bottom, click OK.

Step 3: Recipient Completes Signing

  1. The recipient receives an email from SignRequest with a link to sign the document.
  2. The recipient clicks the link to start the signing process.
  3. They follow on-screen prompts to complete each required field.
  4. Click Finalise to complete the signing.
  5. After finalising, the recipient automatically receives a copy of the signed document for their records.

Step 4: Track Signed Documents

  1. Signed documents are checked every 15 minutes and uploaded to the corresponding profile.
  2. The assigned user (e.g., recruiter or coordinator) receives an email confirming the document has been signed. A notification also appears in the user’s inbox.
  3. Open the Candidate’s profile.
  4. Go to “Documents.”
  5. The signed document and a signing log (with security details) will appear in the document for reference.
