When you first sign up to use FranchiZeManager you will be provided with one “Franchisor_Admin” access level login. The “Franchisor_Admin” user will be able to create other users, reset passwords and make users active/inactive on the system.
Go to your login page and use your username and password to sign in.
If you have forgotten your password please use the “Reset Password” link on the login page, FZM support cannot tell you your password as it is encrypted and we cannot read it, support can only reset it for you – which you can do yourself using the link on the login page.
When you first receive your username and password it is recommended you update your password to something of your choice, to do this: Click User > Change My Login Details in the top menu bar, then enter your new password and click Save.
