Click the “Reset Password” link on the login page. Enter your username, and a temporary password will be emailed to the address associated with your user account.
If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folder. Additionally, users with the “Franchisor_Admin” access level can reset passwords through the User Management menu option.
