Reset Your Password in FranchiZeManager
The password reset feature in FranchiZeManager (FZM) allows users to quickly reset passwords. Admins can easily help users regain access without hassle. This guide explains how to reset another user’s password and how to manually set a new password if needed.How to Reset Your Password
- On the left menu, click Users.
- At the top left, click Change My Login Details.
- In the “Password” section, enter your new password.
- At the top left, click Save.
- The password is now reset.
- The old password will no longer work, and use the new password when you login.
How to Reset Another User’s Password
Important: You need to have admin account permissions to reset another user’s password.- On the left, click Users.
- Enter the user’s full name or email address in the search box within the table, then press Enter.
- Choose the record from the search results. Then, at the top of the user’s record page, click on Resend Login Details.
- In the confirmation window, click Yes.
- The password is now reset.
- The old password will no longer work, and a new temporary password is created.
- After the reset, the user will receive an email that includes:
- Link to the login page
- Username
- New Password
