- File upload sizes are limited on franchizemanager. Uploading a file that’s larger than 50mb will result in an error. Zip files prior to upload to save space.
- Special characters such as &, @, #, and * in document file names will be accepted during upload; however, the system will automatically remove these characters from the filename.
